We provide free shipping on all orders.

We ship the products through the best and fastest shipping service available to your place.

India: FedEx, Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express, Amazon Shipping, Xpressbees, DTDc, Professional Courier, India Post.

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 4-8 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc).

We deliver through our courier partner companies. After the order is processed at our warehouse, it is picked up by our aforementioned partner. Once it is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details for the order.

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link.

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will refund the amount to your bank account.

Cash on Delivery (COD), while COD is available as a payment option, Honeybox reserves the right to decline COD orders if the authenticity of the order is in question. This is to ensure genuine and transparent transactions.

Cancellations or changes, For any cancellations or changes to your order, please contact our customer service team at the earliest. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
